The Furniture Ombudsman (TFO) is an independent, non-statutory body which is regulated by a voluntary Standards Board. It specialises in providing Alternative Dispute Resolution solutions for consumers and retailers in the furniture and home improvement industries. It also aims to raise standards, improve service and inspire consumer confidence. The Furniture Ombudsman currently has 4,500 furniture and home improvement outlet members in the United Kingdom.
